I was asked by the newly founded Ensemble S201 to contribute a piece for their concert to honor my colleague Günter Steinke, which I happily did. I then wrote an algorithmically generated score for flute, bassclarinet, cello, accordion and piano in a straight 5/4, all in triads, which, when properly played may evoke some jazzy reminiscences. Quite the opposite of what Günter usually does. It was premiered on a concert in honor of his 60th birthday in April 2016
The recording here was done with a simple stereo mic setup from an open air performance by the polish enemble Sound Factory Orchestra in Wroclaw on June, 2nd 2019.
